Who we are
Consigh is run by Kazi Islam, trading as Consigh (“we”). Write to hello@consigh.com with any question about these terms.
What Consigh does
Consigh is a broker. We find buyers and suppliers, check shipments against their documents and help run each deal through to arrival.
We are not a party to the sales contract between buyer and supplier, and we are never the importer or exporter of record. Consigh never holds buyer or supplier money: payment goes directly between buyer and supplier.
Our commission is paid by the supplier and agreed in writing for each deal.
What “verified” means
When we mark a shipment as verified, we have checked it against the documents named beside it. That does not guarantee the quality of a future shipment, the supplier's conduct or the outcome of a deal.
Answers from our AI assistant come from the supplier's own quotes and our records. They are guidance, not professional advice: check legal, tax, customs and financial questions with a qualified adviser.
Using this site
Do not use the site to send false information, spam, malware or anything unlawful, and do not try to break or overload it. We may refuse or remove requests that do.
Our name and content
The Consigh name, logo and the content of this site belong to us. Do not copy them, or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
Limits of liability
The site and its information are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot promise they are complete or always available.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for loss arising from a contract between a buyer and a supplier. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh decide any dispute we cannot settle by talking first.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
