Who we are
This site is run by Kazi Islam, trading as Consigh (“we”). Kazi decides how your information is used. Write to hello@consigh.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
When you send a request: the product, specification, quantity, port, dates and terms you choose, the files you upload, your name, your work email and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.
When you ask for a call back: your name, your phone number, the times that suit you and anything you add.
With every form: a one-way hash of your IP address (it cannot be turned back into the address), the page you came from and the language you used. If analytics are on, we count page views and button clicks without cookies and without your name, email or IP address.
Why we use it
To answer your request and to run the deal you ask us about. That is our legitimate interest, and yours.
To keep the forms safe from spam and abuse. The IP hash lets us limit how often one connection can send a form.
Who processes it for us
Supabase stores the database and your uploaded files, in Mumbai, India.
Contabo hosts the website on a server in France.
Telegram carries an internal alert that a new request has arrived. The alert holds a reference number only, never your name or contact details.
Only if we switch them on: PostHog in the EU for cookieless analytics, and Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
Requests, call-back requests and uploaded files: 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
IP hashes: 30 days, then erased from the record.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We use no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to hello@consigh.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Information crossing borders
Your information is stored in India and the site is served from France, so it may leave your country. It is encrypted in transit between you, this site and our providers.
